Arka was founded on a simple conviction: a diamond is worth wearing only if the setting around it has been thought about just as hard. Every piece that carries our name begins in Dubai, is drawn by hand, and is built to be worn for a lifetime rather than a season.
Drawn Before It Is Set
Nothing is chosen from a catalogue. Each piece starts as a pencil drawing — proportion, profile, the way light will have to travel through the stone — and it is redrawn until the line is right. Only then is a single diamond selected against it.
Finished by Hand
Marquise, pear, brilliant: every stone is set by hand, one at a time, and every surface is polished by hand after it is set. It is slow work, and it is the reason a piece still looks like this ten years later.
